About

ABOUT KOBALLAH MATRIARCH:

There is very little known about the matriarch.

ABOUT KOBALLAH:

The inhabitants of Anarkand believe this race, known as the Koballah, to be extinct. The Koballah, were a race of bi-pedal squid-like creatures that had high levels of intelligence, and were excellent retainers for knowledge, and were always striving to learn more about the world around them.

The Koballah were few in number. It is believed this was the case due to the fact that they had incredibly long life spans, and as such, placed little to no importance on breeding to inflate their numbers.

The Koballah predominantly lived in the deep swamp areas just outside the Nekata forest, although many stories from older generations, place them in locations around Anarkand. There is no evidence for this however.

Koballah were known for using dark magick experiments and involving themselves in many of the dark practices of Anark; a practice that was eventually banned around the purple world for thousands of years. These dark magicks were all conducted inside the walls of a secretive facility, known only as Vekktor Labs. Vekktor Labs was a facility hidden away from the world deep inside the Nekata forest.

The experiments conducted here resulted in some of the worst abominations being created, from three-headed Marakai, to humans (which had been abducted during many of the Anarkand cycles ) with extra arms and legs that were fully developed. No-one knows why they did what they did, or what the purpose of the experiments were.

Questions have always been asked of just what it was that the Koballah were trying to achieve, and unfortunately the answers may never be revealed, as they were officially declared extinct years ago. Many have argued that they simply went deeper underground, as not many traces of them have been uncovered, after all, they seemed to just disappear from the face of Anarkand.
