"I don’t know how else to say this, so I’ll be straight with you: the universe is breaking.
We’ve started seeing things out there — anomalies in the stars, fractures in reality itself. We call them Echoes. They’re not just rips in space… they’re tears in time. I’ve seen crews step into one and vanish, only to re-emerge speaking of battles fought centuries ago, or glimpses of futures none of us are ready for. Some swear the Echoes lead to places where the laws of nature don’t even apply.
Now here’s the part that matters to you: if you’ve got the courage to walk through one of these tears, you can take your existing gear with you. Your crew, your choices — all of it. And when you come back? The experience, the equipment, the strange artifacts you find inside… you keep it. It all becomes part of who you are in the wider Lunaris universe.
But don’t think this is just some convenient shortcut. Echoes aren’t safe. They’ll test you in ways you could never imagine. And once they open, they don’t close — not unless the universe itself heals the wound. If that happens, you’ll get a month’s warning before the tear seals shut forever.
Here’s what we know so far:
Echoes can throw you into the past, present, or future. You won’t know until you cross the threshold.
They appear at random times during the year, but we’ll always get one month’s advance notice before a new one opens.
They’re permanent unless repaired — and if they are, you’ll have one month to say your goodbyes.
Inside, what you find may very well change the course of your journey.
The first Echo will be announced soon. I won’t lie to you — it’s dangerous. The Echoes are doors to something bigger — and they’re not waiting for anyone.
So… sharpen your blade, charge your suit, and gather your crew. When the first Echo opens, you’ll need every advantage you can get.
