Captain
Captains have one of the most demanding roles. They are responsible for the safety of both their crew and their ship. Captains are reliable, strong of mind, very well-educated and knowledgeable, and exercise a high position within any given chain of command. Captains must often make tough decisions that are not always popular with their colleagues.

Additional Information
If leadership voting ever results in a draw, then the captain's vote will sway the decision.
Captain's will decide the crew's ( parties ) order of attack when dealing with enemies. In the case that there is more than one Captain, then the one with the higher leadership decides. If this still isn't possible, then roll a 1d12. The highest roll decides.
